- download cheat engine 5.6.1 first
- install cheat engine .exe
- open torrent while downloading movie, etc.
- open cheat engine shortcut
- go to process click utorrent.exe running
- check enabled speedhack
- speed set to 0.3
- click apply (make sure you don't close the cheat engine)
- then look at the down-speed of utorrent
- tested and proven 100%. . .
