HTC Shadow T-mobile Hard Reset

• Power the Shadow off
• Hold down the two soft buttons (The two right under the screen)
  
• While still holding the two soft buttons, turn on your device
• There should be a quick menu that pops up asking if you want to reset it. Say yes, let it reboot.
  
• It will then start restoring your phone to defaults
