Download the ROM:

Disconnect your device and turn your device OFF
Ensure that OS button is selected (this should be the default). WARNING you will brick your device if you select anything other than
-Click on button and select the X01T-WWE-20755.dip file
-Click update target button and it will say "Waiting for USB connection"
-Now press and hold the A + J keys and press the power button
-It will boot into the USB update mode and wait till it reads Waiting for USB connection
-NOW connect the USB port to the device
-The PC software will start updating the device and you will see the progress on the device
-It should take about 2 to 3 minutes and after which it will say when the upgrade is complete and press a button to restart
-The device will restart and you should have the 6.1..have fun
