X1 xperia sony ericsson hard reset

There are two (2)ways to hard reset your sony ericsson X1 xperia phone.

1. When the phone is off.

• hold the two soft keys and then quickly press the POWER ON button
  

• then the screen shows this

• then press R to reset 
  

2. When the phone is ON, press the two softkeys and then quickly press the RESET button

• then follow the same procedure as above.
